Quantum leadership
The Newtonian thinking model and leadership bring the assumption that organizations can operate in certainty and predictability through the elimination of risk and the automatic creation of an equilibrium. The Quantum approach, on the other hand, illuminates the aspect of unlimited possibilities and the creation of potential in workplaces and industry settings. The trajectory that quantum leadership takes highly defines me as compared to the inclinations on the Newtonian approach in leadership (Weiss & Hoegl, 2015).
Quantum leadership is imperative in a nursing environment and healthcare sector at large as it houses the ability to work on uncertainties and pressure that is mostly associated with response to medical emergencies. Nonetheless, quantum leadership encourages the synergy associated with teams that is imperative in the improvement of healthcare outcomes and the promotion of patient-centered care. With technological advancements too and need for research, the healthcare environment and nursing work stations need a quantum approach in leadership and execution as the participative approach and vision associated with the same is needful. This approach, in turn, arouses the need for the promotion of care and the arousal of liberal capitalism aimed at the holistic improvement of the healthcare industry (Singh, & Rani, 2017).
The engagement of team synergy and a team approach is imperative in the efficient and productive meeting of organizational objectives (Van der Meij, Schaveling & van Vugt, 2016). The undertaking of such an approach will involve various devices and strategies for the most optimal outcomes. It is fundamental always to set precise methods and guidelines on what needs to be executed and the expected results backed by the setting of a visionary approach. Nonetheless, the leader of a team should exercise verbal, non-verbal, and visual strategies in delegating tasks to ensure a clear and concise guideline. Furthermore, the encouragement of suggestions and the provision of a platform for feedback will further seek to promote the better outcome of team synergetic and participation.
