As an applicant, you will need to adjust to the following areas. First, you need to organize your resume starting with the biodata, profile, educational background, work experience, interest, and finally, the referees. Another area of concern is the arrangement of the resume. A good resume should be flowing. Reading a resume that starts with a profile, work experience, and then educational background might be tiresome and confusing. When writing a resume ensures that work experience comes immediately after the education. Again you should provide brief and precise information on your academic background. The information should capture the grade, year of study, and the institution attended. The profile should be indented since it does not contain the primary information about the applicant. Finally, you need to state the referees in the institutions you attended.

I have admired the resume you wrote regarding the position of a registered nurse. However, there are a few areas that you still need to adjust on. First, you need to reduce the size of your professional profile. The profile should be brief and engaging. It should also conform to the job profession you want to apply. Secondly, you need to have proper punctuation. When listing the personal attributes, you need to insert a comma after every attribute, followed by a full stop at the end. Avoid using dots when listing items. For a good resume, you need to use bullets only when listing the roles and responsibilities. Also, don’t underline the key points when you chose to use capital letters. Underlining the key points and making it bold at the same time makes the work appear unpleasant to the employer. Finally, you need to include your referees in the resume. The referees serve a vital role when employers need additional information about the applicant. Therefore, a resume without referees becomes challenging to the employer.
