Can I return a product after receiving it?
If you get the wrong product or are not satisfied with what you got, Circulon allows you to return it within 30 days of receiving it. To be eligible for a full refund, the product should still be new, unused, and in its original packaging. Make sure that you also have your original purchase receipt.
Can I cancel an order?
If you are yet to check out, you can add or remove items as you please. If you have already checked out, it means that your order is likely already being processed. To cancel such an order, reach out to customer support for assistance.
Do Circulon’s products have a warranty?
Circulon offers a hassle-free lifetime warranty on all its products. If an item becomes defective, submit your warranty request plus photographs of the item to the warranty link on Circulon’s website. This warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse or abuse.
When can I expect my package?
Once you have made your order, processing takes between 1 and 2 business days before it is shipped out, which means you should receive the package between 3 and 5 days. Circulon does not ship out during weekends or public holidays. Again, they only ship within the United States.
Is there free shipping?
Circulon offers free shipping for all orders above $125 using UPS Ground shipping. For orders below $125, shipping costs depend on the weight of the package and its destination. The company will send you a tracking number via email once they ship your order.
