ISLAM ARTIFACTS
Introduction
Calligraphy is a painterly art that is connected to writing. It is the essential component of Islam arts as it transformed the words of the Quran into visual arts. The Arabic calligraphy is the joining of letters. Some of these letters may be elongated and simple as in the script of Naskh, or maybe prolonged, thickened, stretched and bent as the script of Kufis. One more is the Thuluth Script that is very hard and complicated.the above writing stare mostly used in mosques, for example, the beautifully decorated Malaysian mosque with inspiring scrips on the walls.
Islamic calligraphy has changed my understanding as it has portrayed an act of fairness among humans. The main reason is that it got developed with the ai of breaking down the Arabic language to a virtual and straightforward art that all Muslims would understand and recite. The greatest lesson learned from the Arabic calligraphy is that being honest and open in art is essential since the message g by the ones who can interpret the arr wok. Besides, those who can not relate to the calligraphy get to connect with the beauty of the art, and they would want to learn more about the appreciated message portrayed by the calligraphy verbally. The involvement promotes fairness and unity across the world because even non-muslims can understand what is being communicated by the virtual art.
In conclusion, the knowledge about Islam calligraphy has impacted my life in that I have learned the importance of communication and expressing myself through virtual arts as they speak more and heavily about issues that need addressing. Calligraphy is excellent as it portrays wisdom, unity, and fairness. Therefore, it is crucial to promote one’s culture, beliefs, and religion as we do not know how much impact it is causing out in the world.
The Quran
Quran is a name that, in other words, means recitation. It is the Islam scared book that combines messages for the human beings from God, Allah, himself. The Muslims believe that Angel Gabriel appeared in 610 CE to Mohammed the prophet as he was praying on top of the mount Hira
My understanding of the Quran is that it guides how Muslims should live their lives. Each one of them should live well with their neighbors and follow as the book guides them to the latter. The importance of unity gets cemented by a verse from the sacred text that insists that only he who is purified ought to touch the Quran. Therefore, almost all Muslims believe that they should be pure before they reach to read the word from Allah. To make sure that they were pure and clean, women would cover their heads. Additionally, both men and women would wash their hands before touching the Quran. Y personal understanding of the Quran as an Islam artifact is that it has been able to affect the lives of almost all humans as it speaks to both the Muslimas and non-muslims. It emphasizes living a pure life for one to be closer to God. The essential act of the Quran is how it emphasizes unity among every human. Additionally, how the Quran has been able to stick on its teachings has made all believers remain grounded to the work of God, thus being the best and its stronghold when it comes to how to follow God’s message to us.
In conclusion, the main lesson that I have learned from both the Islamic artifacts is that they promote positive human morals and purity as well. There is also a positive trait, both objects, as they are focused on living in unity and the love of God.
