Toyota company implements various operation processes that aid them in production. The company ensures TQM on its products for customer satisfaction. The company use Kaizen to ensure that all their processes are repeatable, visible and measurable. TQM is achieved through active participation within the organization by the use of follow-up measures (Coetzee, 77). The follow-up activities denote activities involved and required during the implementation stage of the set ideologies. TQM has been a success through the organizational workforce and executive management commitment. The company examines its customer feedback and put in place suitable measures for improving their products.

Lean production

Maintaining low levels of inventory has been vital in lean production. The company further use the low and simple tech of the production system contributes to lean production. MRP is a system that is used to manage inventory designed to help in placing and scheduling orders. The process is used in handling complex bills and multiple items. The demand for materials is influenced by demand at the end of the production time.
