It is very commendable that you had decided to share your previous instance when you were dissatisfied at work. It is said that even with your expertise having taken the role of the Human Resource, they still opted to give the other competitor a chance only because they had more years in the managerial role. It is also commendable that you accepted the excuse that the officials made towards the reason why you could not take the managerial role. It is good to know that the organization has a better plan ahead for you and that the loss of being the human resource manager did not kill your performance and effectiveness at work. Becoming the team leader of the new department was an effective way of ensuring that they did not lose you.

It is good to know that your organization is one that is always looking for solutions to how you can help others out with the finances. One way of clearly showing that the customer was dissatisfied is whereby they were informed that they needed a document that they did not need. Some organizations do not have the information right with all employees, and therefore such instances occur many times. Your decision to help the customer service was uprightly rewarded since before that employees were not enthused to help other customers, especially in departments that did not concern the customers. The reward-motivated you and others to work better and smartly in the organization. Rewards must motivate employees to be excellent performers at work.
