The second step entails the preparation of a marketing research plan. The plan entails identifying the research method and resources required. The research progresses to collecting the required data. The research collects primary and secondary data using various data collection methods. After the collection of data, marketing research moves to data analysis. The analysis of the data helps in identifying the patterns and unique observation of a specific marketing research aspect. After the research finding, the researcher implements the results to improve the marketing activities.
