New remodeling survey
Introduction
This report details a survey conducted of Jackson Foods customers regarding the new remodeling.
The survey was requesting info on features offered in grocery stores and the importance of certain parts of the store to customers. In recommendations, the top 5 and bottom 5 features will be given.
Options and methodology
The survey asked about each of the features in Table 1. For each one, the customers were asked to rate the “Feature” essential, nice, or not important. The thought is to offer at least the top 5, if not more, customers rated as essential and nice. This will allow Jackson Foods to offer the best shopping experience according to the customers.
