Working relationships throughout the education period
In the knowledge creation stage, I will conduct a needs assessment with my supervisors to facilitate the establishment of goals and expectations that are fundamental to our working relationships throughout the education period. Regarding this, I will also focus on developing good relations good relationships with the supervisors through interactions, enquiring from them, and always working closely with them to achieve the various set goals and expectations. This stage will involve a high level of interaction with the tutors and supervisors during learning, writing research papers and dissertations, and also writing exams among other activities; hence establishing good relationships is fundamental. Setting learning goals and expectations, and working closely with the tutors and supervisors to achieve them will help to minimize the feelings of fear and self-debt due to adequate preparation, thus increased confidence. Moreover, I will plan my time effectively to ensure that all the activities are carried out smoothly, thus avoiding much pressure that may occur due to lack of proper scheduling. I will focus on balancing all the activities, roles, and responsibilities, such as learning, research, writing dissertation, training, as well as sharing experiences with my friends, supervisors, and other relevant parties. Through this, I will be able to minimize stress and improve my confidence.
