Introduction

The philosophy of our organization, Credential Hospital, is based on prevention and offering solution to ethical medical problems like respecting the rights of the patients and their confidentiality, ensuring the safety of the patients, use of informed consent of the patients in matters of health decision making, and ensuring that all patients are served with respect, equality and that quality services are made available to all (Darr, 2011).

Credential Hospital vows to offer medical assistance to the clients in a way that is morally, ethically and legally acceptable. We hereby accept to follow all the due processes as dictated by the law and by the cultural requirements of medical field in consideration and consultation with the client’s cultural and religious beliefs. However, some pertinent issues like end of life decisions and intercultural conflicts will be treated with uttermost care to ensure that an equilibrium point is reached (Darr, 2011).

Safety of the patients is the key to our existence. A patient in our facility will be offered the best safety as good as humanly possible so that they can continue to lead a quality life free from life threatening diseases and disease conditions (Lord, 1989). All information concerning our clients will be treated with the highest level of confidentiality possible (Darr, 2011). Finally, all patients are treated with equality in our facilities. The most applicable tool is first come first served principle. However, matters of emergency and physical conditions of the patient like age and other body conditions like pregnancy may force our staff to apply common sense, thereby jumping the queue (Lord, 1989). All the patients have equal access to all the necessary facilities and personnel, thereby ensuring equality and satisfaction (Darr, 2011). In addition, the institution strives to fight for the moral rights in the society. As such, the Hospital will educate youths on matters of moral uprightness so that cases like premarital sex whose results have great negative impacts like moral degradation, unwanted pregnancy, and abortion are minimized. The institution also advocates for non-use of illegal drugs like marijuana which impact on youths with unmeasured and far reaching ramifications (Darr, 2011). The adults will also be offered free health education on matters pertaining to nutrition, reproduction and child care in general (Darr, 2011).

Mission statement

The mission of Credential Hospital is to provide high quality, cost effective, compassionate, and accessible health care to the society (Lord, 1989). It will aim to promote health, participate in clinical research and also to provide education opportunities to the health care professionals (Darr, 2011).

Vision statement

Credential Hospital will be the national destination with the persons suffering from heart related problems like cardiac arrest high blood pressure and the diseases of the lymphatic system (Darr, 2011).

Core principles and values

Some of the core values of Credential Hospital include loyalty to customers, open mindedness, efficiency, honesty, consistency and commitment (Darr, 2011).

The philosophy of Credential Hospital is based on preventing and solving medical problems ethically, medically, culturally and legally. Confidentiality, safety, informed consent, respect and equality are the key points in the philosophy.
