Hi Sara,
I agree with your position that police officers with college degrees are more efficient than those who haven’t. This is based on the expertise they add to their experiences. I also agree that police officers need advanced training to increase the ability to work efficiently with the community and other law enforcement agencies (Wright et al., 2018).
Hi Logan,
Your perception of experience over college degrees is accurate but somewhat unreliable. Although experiences worst better in several occupations, police officers need to learn different aspects of the law and relations, most of which are attained in college. I agree that experiences can be great in other aspects of the job, but a college-educated cop will gain experience sooner or later and be more efficient (Wright et al., 2018).
Hello Loy,
In your essay, you have stated that you prefer college-educated police officers due to their increased level of logical reasoning in handling situations related to crime and order. In this case, it can be deduced that experience is indeed good but not as reliable as educations on law enforcement, crime, and community relations.
Hello Jesus
You are absolutely sure that college-educated police officers are more reliable than these with only a high school diploma. This results in the increased knowledge of law enforcement, the criminal justice procedure, and the implications of the law from a higher educational level (Wright et al., 2018). They are less likely to sue violence, as you have stipulated, among other benefits.
Hello Kamone,
You mentioned that you would prefer a college-educated police officer due to their ability to resolve issues and enhance their efficiency as law enforcement. Some of the advantages you mentioned include better relations and communications with the community, among others.

I prefer to deal with college-educated police officers as they are more related and reasonable in handling situations. They also have a better understanding of the law, an aspect that increases their ties with the communities they protect.

The broken window metaphor symbolizes the need to stop discriminatory laws, including the stop search and frisk laws. The broken window stipulates that when small crimes are left unchallenged, they lead to the commission of more significant crimes (Kelling & Bratton, 2015).

I think college-educated police officers are indeed more efficient as they have sufficient knowledge and skills form their higher educations that make them better in relation to other people.
