Leadership’s general definition is that oriented practical skill and the researching capability that encompasses the individual or organizational ability to guide or lead the other participants, i.e., individuals, teams, or organizations smoothly and effectively. On the other hand, the person who executes leadership can be referred to as the leader.leadership also acts as a form of social influence through which an individual can offer support to others and guidance. According to the lead study, a leader’s traits c determined by an individual’s behavior, functioning, values, situation interaction, and intelligence. Leadership usually draws a bold line between two individuals, where one is superior to the other and is considered more trustworthy and intelligent than other qualities of an individual. Several leaders assist in the governing of an individual’s team or an organization. These leaders include political leaders and religious leaders, amongst others.fortune 500 company is generally a list that is published and compiled to rank to top 500 companies respective to the fiscal time. The company has adopted some form of leadership style with unique characteristics.

the different leadership styles that an individual needs to be able to lead a fortune 500 company are;
first, the democratic leadership style is where democracy is usually fully practiced hence giving fair comparison for more accurate ranking data.
And second, the autocratic leadership style, where there is a form of outstanding dictatorship in that the general leader assumes all powers and sort of intelligence hence ensuring a guaranteed competence as there shows no influence in the governor’s decision.
