Introduction

Leadership encompasses organizing a group of people with a common mission of achieving the organizational objective, target or goal. A leader is supposed to be sharing the vision with the group of followers and work very hard to meet the better reality much to the expectations of his or her follower. A good leader is one who is inspiring and motivating his or her followers towards the achievement of the common dream. Hence, leadership is a critical aspect in an organization in sectors of decision making and implementing the goals, bijective or targets of the organization. The style of leadership includes qualities of intelligence and personality, the interaction that occurs in between the leaders and the requirements and the charisma of connecting with the followers efficiently. Most of the models of leadership does not include the collaboration and empowerment of the subject by the leader.

My own personal model of leadership is that one that is helping me in creating a sense of meaning and purpose to myself, other people around me, organization, community and last but not least, the society.  When I observe at my level of being an accountable, trustworthy and a consistent individual is a critical aspect to me as a leader and a personal value (Sun & Shang, 2019). When on is accountable enough, his or her team will obviously learn how to become accountable, trustworthy and most of all, consistent as their leader simply because the team are seeing it is an industrious aspect in both professional and personal level. It demonstrates that the are rights decisions that are being made and correct choices are following from the decisions made. When your team is observing your making those right decisions, it has a positive impact on them and their respective code of behaviours and more so to their work ethic. An accountable person, who is understanding the deeper meaning of it and is consistent is easily counted on the responsibility and productive aspect of the organization, themselves, community and to society.

As a leader, when you have a pearl of wisdom, knowledge or a better understanding of the aspect of life (Seedsman, 2020), your team or followers will see you as one who can be trusted and they will fully believe and trust in all the decisions that you are making for them. By that, the team or the followers will be learning to follow your footsteps of critical thinking before making any decision concerning the business and ensuring that each and everyone is included in the decision-making process has an impact input into the decisions that will be affecting the outcomes of the whole organization or company. Contrary to this, it teaches the team and followers to be having an interpersonal relationship within themselves to know that they have wisdom inside of them for making the correct choices for themselves and trusting in the choices that they are making. By doing that, it will not only be helping the organization but also be helping themselves to better their life. When they have a better life, they will be more productive to the community and the society at large and learn who to pass the role of leadership to their young ones.

High, good or better performance is a key aspect in an organization (Mali et al.,2019). When you are having a team or followers or calling agents, the grounds or success is via better performance. At the end of a task, they are the calling agents for the success of the whole organization. It is very significant to have a meeting with your followers or team regularly for them having a better understanding of the importance of the team to work together and to enlighten them their matrices to attain their targets, goals or objectives personally and also as an organization. Once again, making the correct choices and decisions for your followers or team and having the wisdom to do that is very critical. One thing that I have been observing in this growing world is that the high performers in a company, business or an organization are also high performers in their own life simply because they are highly competitive in whatever they are handling and they usually want to do their very best. This is not only helping them personally but also assist them in their respective community and society at large by being high performers.

A leader has the values that the society needs for instance freedom of making better choices for having a good life (Shao, 2019). When setting a personal target, goal, value or objective to perform something good, you will find something that is true and pure in your heart. The rate of alcohol and drug addiction and the presence of young mothers are very high in society and there are no institutions or places that are treating family unit. I’m aggressively involved in a program known as the Alcohol and Drug Treatment Program for the teenagers and young mothers which is doing a marvellous job. It empowers the girl child with the knowledge and better understanding of how to live a better life without any reliance, minus the alcohol and drug abuse among the young women and makes the community and the society at large better.

Conclusion

The new personal leadership models are considering the social and emotional aspect that a person is having contrary to the traditional leadership concepts that are based on power. The concept of servant leadership includes a leader collaborating with other individual and the leader taking note the requirements of the team or followers in the process of making any decision. Having emotional and social intelligence enables you to comfortably adjust to any different social function and establish a maintainable social network.
