The back and forth interaction among the teacher, other students, and the writer makes the writing process enjoyable and effective.

Development in the creative process requires concerted efforts from different groups of people. Therefore, conferences serve right since it brings different literary enthusiasts together. Further, the students can provide immediate feedback concerning the relevance and comprehension abilities of a piece of creative writing.
