Many manufacturing, financial, technical companies are established all around this city of China. according to the above study, it is clear that this city is globally developed for technology especially mobile technology and the three-dimensional display technology. WISCO is a steel and iron manufacturing company, which plays a major role in the economy of this country. According to the above study, the structure of this company is based on ethics and standard, which helps to achieve the business objectives successfully. This company provides quality products of steel and iron to its customer and maintains a positive standard. It is the main mission of this company. Seven departments are involved in the operation of the business of this company. The human resource of China is very positive for the development of the economy in recent time. This company has a contractual relationship with Chinese employees. WISCO has three categories for its employees, which helps them to manage effectively. The category A employees are the regular employees who have a mutual agreement with this company and category B and C are the outsourced employees with the help of the human resource service providers. The HR manager of this company faces many problems for the outsourcing of the employee in China. The rules and regulations of this government are strict. The contract of the employees of this country must be in Chinese language and there is two fixed type of contracts allowed for the employees of this country. The Chinese education system does not support creativity and innovation. It is the biggest problem of the HR of this company for the recruitment process. Based on the problem section of this study it is clear that retention of the Chinese employee is complex for the HR manager of WISCO.
