Poverty in the United States
# 1
Poverty has been a very big issue in the United States as it has led many families to live before their expected living standards. This has basically been as a result of poor strategies and economic planning, which has also resulted in an increased gap between the poor and the rich in the society. If I became the president of the United States today, I would basically work on the basis of dealing with poverty and trying to see how better we can realize a reduced income inequality. In this case, therefore, I would generally increase the number of employment and ensure that there is an increased level of disposable income in the society. This will also be done through a way of ensuring that the available resources in the country are dispersed fairly so that people from all levels of income in the society have equal access, something which will definitely reduce the gap between the rich and the poor.

The health care sector has been the backbone of every other activity in the economy all across the world. It has however faced a lot of problems and which have basically led to poor ways of offering health care services to patients. If I, therefore, become the president of the United States, which is one of the most affected countries, I would ensure that health care service providers have the best training and experience before they are posted to the main health care facilities. Additionally, I will ensure that there is the adequacy of relevant materials that are used by service providers and ensure that they do not lack anything. This will, therefore, ensure that there is a reduced number of problems faced in the health care sector.

For any given country to move forward in terms of economic activities, there must be an active labor force and which will, therefore, propel such activities for the country to achieve its best financially. Over some time, America has had issues with the issue of wage discrimination and how possible the labor force could be improved for the better of the country’s financial stability. If I become the president of the United States of America, I would see how better I can address the issue of wage discrimination through a way of ensuring that there are set standards for different qualifications so that wages are awarded on the bases of academic qualifications. I will also improve the labor force by coming up with training institutes to increase the number of skilled laborers in our country, which would consequently improve our productivity as a country.
