Nursing education is increasingly becoming global due to global health issues that arise day in day out. Due to this, masters education incorporates learning from a global perspective so that all the global issues can easily be addressed. Elective global health practicum has made most of the masters prepared nurses to acquire education from any country whereby they are later absorbed to become citizens of those countries. Master’s prepared nurses are eligible to work on different countries due to increasing emphasis on the managed care, cost efficiency, prevention, and increased demand of nurses with leadership skills and who can assist in the implementation of evidence-based solutions. In some counties, citizenship can be attained through student Work Visa or Graduate visa; thus a master’s prepared nurse can gain citizenship of any country through practice. The increasing demand for nursing practitioners has led to advancement in nursing education so that they can cater to the increasing demand for care. Besides, nurses are being trained to work in various healthcare facilities so that they can assist in achieving the healthcare goal of improving quality of life. Master’s prepared nurses have uniform education that can allow them to work in various countries. Attaining citizenship due to practice is allowed especially for master’s prepared nurse.
