Business ethics is an application of proper plans and exercise professional ethics examining principles and moral behaviors that arise in a business. An article written by Dattner et al (2019) illustrates that digital innovations have created technologies that help organizations improve their ability to find the right person for the given job.
Manage situations in utilitarian, rights, and duties and fairness and justice
Utilitarianism is an ethical theory that places the good and the wrongs simply on the outcome of the choices made. This article is used as a way of cognitive ability and intelligence as a valid predictor of a job success which is defined by relative scores and predictive success in the specific job.

The ethical dilemma in this situation is that what if the position required by the disabled person requires someone who is not disabled. For example, a position of sales representative requires someone who can approach a customer and no person who has difficulties in interacting with others.
Managers can address this inherent ethical dimension by hiring a person who can not be able to communicate in public and training them to be able to do their jobs perfectly.
