Other things that are considered will also include the kind of meals that the patient is given will at the hospital. It should be based on their choice with advice from a nutritionist. The outlook should relate to the patients’ environment will at home or based on their interests.

Health records of the patients are vital to both them and their families. Health records are to be clear and concise with absolute honesty. They ought to reflect on the real disease that the patient is going through and the treatment process. In addition to that, they are to be private as regulated by the ministry of health. Patients have the right to the privacy of their health records and decide who it should be shared with. Basing on the relationship of the family members and the patients it ought to be within the patient and the hospital. It will be in the good of the family to avoid other complications from the other members of the family (Coulter, 2016). However, the biggest challenge with this is the honesty that the hospital will tell the other family members. Despite that, if it for their good and benefit it is worth being private.

Visiting Hours for Patients

The visiting hours and the number of people that visit a patient is important in the health care programs. The policy has to be made in order to take control of the situation and help deal with ailing patients. It should not be strictly on the basis of a specific time for visiting the patients based on their treatment program. Patients should be clear on the time to be visited and the frequency that they should be visited. It is because it creates some sense of belonging for the patients and hence speeding up healing (Radmore, Eljiz & Greenfield, 2020). In addition to that what they are brought for during visitation at the hospital is important. Carrying patients’ things that will bring them joy is important in helping in the care while at the hospital. The restriction should only be on thing that proves to be dangerous on the patients’ lives. With this consideration, the healthcare that is done will build the hospital’s reputation and help in the healing process.

After Discharge Progress

Keeping track of the patient after being discharged is key in building the reputation of the hospital. It specifically in line with how the patient will respond after the care that they have been given in the hospital. The services that accompany this include how the patients will respond to the medication that they are given. It is achieved by creating a communication channel between the patient and the facility in question. The health records officer plays an important role when it comes to this case. They will have to keep the guide of the entire process and report to the doctor in charge. It will be also a way of finding out the kind of environment that the patients dwell on. It will be easy for the hospital to deal with such a patient if any such case arises again. It is this that gives the hospital a mark in the public and improves its general performance.

The basic role of a healthcare facility is to provide healing and better once life. It is important to understand that healing though does not involve the treatment alone. It is a combination and process of cares and hence it does not involve health professionals alone but also the patients and their family members. Hence the two combined will help in making a key decision that will help to speed up healing. If the patients are involved it will be for better care and also improve the reputation of the hospital.
