Hello, how are you doing today? I want to inform you that we are likely to shift to a new office, as stated earlier. There are guidelines made to facilitate the relocation schedule. First of all, you are requested to clear all your properties from the office to enhance easier and effective movement from the old office. You are also required to pack all your office belongings before Thursday earlier in the morning. The packing should be done in the cartoons and labeled the individuals’ names. You should note that you ought not to leave any of your properties in the desks. The workers should be moving the boxes and the furniture out of the old office on Friday in the morning. You should also note that you will be restricted from entering the office from Thursday.
However, the telephone and the connection cables will be detached from the office on Wednesday at 6:00 pm. For that reason, you will be expected to work from the conference room of your particular department in the new office or from your homes.
