A Bill prompting all states within the United Sates to set up at least two food points and social amenities for the homeless in their states.

A BILL
To subject the government to set up at least two food and social amenity points in each of the states within the United States. The Bill is targeting effective care to individuals in the United States who are either homeless or are passing through hard economic times and are therefore unable to meet individual basic needs.
- Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States.

- SECTION 1. Short
- A citation can be made to the Act as “Operation help the homeless Broadening Government initiative towards eliminating employment.”
- SECTION 2.
- In this particular Act “A homeless person” refersto
- An individual is not able to cater for basic needs such as shelter, food, and clothing.
- More specifically, focusing on individuals who are also unable to work for several reasons. This could be due to failure to constantly secure employment or has some physical limitations, thus making them unable to perform at work more effectively.
- (b) In this Act, the term “amenity points” refers to places that are specifically set to provide free foods, clothing, and other recreational services for individuals who do not enjoy them personally for a number of reasons.
- Homeless people can gather at various amenity points to be served with these different basic needs, thus helping to support them at a personal level.
- (c) In this Act, the following acronyms will be used for ease ofreading
- The term Operation helps the Homeless will generally be termed as OHTH program.
- SECTION 3. Findings; Purposes.
- FINDINGS. Congress finds thefollowing:
- Under the Homeless Act of 2018 and the US The Interagency Council of Homelessness is aiming at increasing at least 20% awareness to the availability of different programs across the country which are aimed at reducing homelessness within America.
- Through the provision of guidance to state officials and leaders from all the states in the United States, effective concersat7iosn can thus help in terms of supporting the homeless people in America. This is targeting all the homeless in all the states of the USA. The role of initiative can be achieved for the first 15 states, and the final aims are targeting at helping all the 553,742 homeless people within the United States.
- Construct at least 2 amenity points in each of the 51 states of the US. The review will also be done for the individuals who can access such amenities at these different points within the US.
- More than 1000 well-wishers and sponsors within the United Sates are also called up to support such programs initiated at each of the states. Charity groups are also called up to support such programs.
- The Act is an initiative that is helping to deal with the current situation of the homeless that also combines the veterans and is aiming at improving their living situations.
- (b) PURPOSES—The following are the primary purposes of the Act:
- Help reduce the number of homeless in various streets within the United States by availing different amenity points to accommodate and support them.
- It will help to fix the current condition of most veterans who end up in the streets. It is an Act that is also fighting for the well-being of the veterans.
- SECTION 4. PROVISION OF EFFECTIVE CARE FOR THE HOMELESS THROUGH FOOD PROGRAMMES AND THE AVAILABILITY OF VARIOUS SOCIAL AMMENITIES.
- PROHIBITION—Country Governments will be prohibited from Interfering with the Government’s Initiatives that aims at dealing with bringing solu9tions to the Homeless problem in their respective states.
- CONSOLIDATION—there is a requirement for the Department of Treasury to ensure effective records relating to records provided by the Interagency for the Homeless Affairs The Department of Treasury and the Internal Revenue Servicewill keep adequate records of the situation of the homeless in various streets within the United States.
- MINIMUM INCOME REQUIREMENT—If the applicant has failed to secure employment due to certain limitations ranging from physical inabilities
- filing purposes, then the minimum requirement must be waved as to allow registration withthe
- OHTH for Economic Impact
- SECTION 5. EFFECTIVEDATE
- This law shall take effect immediately upon enactment of thisAct.
