Include in your post the qualities that made you think that the two selected speakers are excellent in making a speech. For instance, Barrack Obama was an excellent speaker for how he presents his speeches confidently and eloquent. The selected videos have speakers giving a speech, but in your post, you did not include the elements that make them excellent.
In the development of speech, an introduction is important, and it should be attractive to capture the attention of the audience. I support that an excellent speaker should learn how to organize a speech to make it effective and not boring. Learn that for a speech to be excellent; it should be short and informative to avoid boring the listeners. The speaker should have a conclusion that will summarize the speech or which will leave the audience with a question. Your post requires you to be specific on which speaker was excellent in a certain speech. The way the speaker concluded the speech should be well described to support why the speaker was excellent.
