Further to our email below.
We had just spoken with HSL’s reps (Ms Tan) a moment ago. We are pleased to inform you that we managed to reduce the claim amount to MYR 65,000.00 instead of MYR 69,038.20 with R & R form execution. Unless otherwise advised, on the contrary, we will prepare the draft R&R for Club / Member consideration.
We believe that the Club will also require Spica assistance to execute the R&R form in Kuching. Assuming yes, we wonder if it is in order for us to raise our debit note so that Club can remit the fund for settlement with the Claimant on members‘ behalf.
