Management Leadership: Bill Gates.

Leaders are the individuals who manage what others are doing, give them directions and offer answers to problems, only for aggregate achievement. Leaders are known to be the mainstay of each action, and they are at fault for the disappointment of the equivalent. This is one explanation pioneers will, in general, be exacting and on occasion observed to be brutal, requesting a great deal from their staff. However, it is for the best of the business. Initiative abilities, then again, are the systems through which a leader conveys his/her aim and the manner in which the exercises ought to be completed. A few heads decide to sit and give orders while others get their hands on, and work with their staff as a group (Lesinski, 2008).
I have selected Bill Gates, who is the Ceo of Microsoft. He can be described with so many words because of his success in his business and the way he has impacted people around the world. Due to his wealthy background, he was privileged to attend prestigious schools which exposed him to computers.
His personality traits can demonstrate why he has achieved so much success. Bill Gates ability and agility was evident from his teenage years when he first developed a computer program for playing tic-tac and later developed Microsoft in 1975. He has mastered the art of not giving up; thus, he became popular for his philanthropy and successful management of one of the most profitable tech company in the world.

Bill Gates is an authoritarian type of leader. He is known for his very principled approach of life, he knows what he wants, and he goes for it. Mr Gates is very keen at inspecting his workers as well as the top management on every progress they make. He does not give room for mistakes. This has become one of his strongest leadership skill because his hands always felt at every step of the progress, and he doesn’t care about the position he holds in the company. This trait has been used to criticize him because other people think that he does not give room for his employees to think for themselves or provide alternative solutions to a problem. Leaders who are authoritarians are known to be very strict to the extent to which they don’t give room for mistakes; they want their ideas to be implemented without providing a place for further discussion.

Considering that Bill Gates is tyrant; he isn’t a dictator. Bill is accommodative and works with others as one group. He will, in general, oblige both definitive measures and little of vote based aptitudes since he is a decent cooperative person and likes to examine his thoughts with the entire group before he can give guidelines (Lisa Rogak, 2013). What makes him unique in relation to law-based leaders is that, when guidance has been provided, Bill is exceptionally exacting to see it being followed point on point. Numerous leaders of his group will in general display more than one administration style, advancing of doing things not the same as others.

He is the type of leader who loves to inquire about how people think of Microsoft products and how the customer wants Microsoft products improved. This trait has become an essential lesson to the upcoming inventors and Ceo’s because it encourages them to be observant on what they do and be able to be keen on the interests of the customers. This strength has enabled him to get information about what the kind of services and products customers across the world wants through the use of workers across the globe who collect information then they deliver to him through the management.
