COMPANIES SHOULD NOT BLOCK SOCIAL NETWORK IN THE OFFICES

The social network is a critical component of activities carried out in every organization. The social network allows faster and easier communication in the office. Businesses communicate to their customers with ease and within a concise period (Peterson & Schaefer, 2014). Communication makes the business able to get feedback from the customers and make appropriate decisions towards the business. The social network allows new products to be communicated to the existing customers faster than there before.

The social network has enabled many offices to network and has a large customer base (Can & Kaya, 2016). Through this, an increase in production has been experienced in many businesses due to increased demand. Demand is brought about by awareness of the product or services through the social network. Businesses network with other businesses and discuss different challenges facing them and ways to solve and eradicate those challenges.

Offices and businesses can introduce a given brand to the market through a social network. Customers get to know the value of the product introduced and how the product is consumed (Carvalho & Pinto, 2020). Companies also receive positive or negative feedback towards the product in real-time through the network. The network plays a significant role in advertising new products globally and making the product acceptable to the general public.

Social networks engage and build a relationship between employees (Cawsey & Rowley, 2016). Employees share their conventional ideas and challenges through the network. This interaction strengthens the bond between employees, and hence they work as a family. Increased cooperation in the business increases productivity leading to increased profit. Different department in a given organization communicates to each other through social networks. Departmental communication streamlines working relationships between themselves.

Business tracks their customer satisfaction and competition from other competitors through the network. The business will know the competitors’ mechanisms to penetrate the market and develop other tactics to counter the competition. Knowing whether customers have been satisfied enables the company to develop a trend and analysis regarding satisfaction and forms a basis for planning.
