This allows an individual to analyze each case from all angles and find the best solution for it. Evaluation is necessary because it enriches my professional role as a manager and leader. Planning-a critical step in research-has permeated a planning culture that allows you to prepare and implement actions on time (Dudley, 2014).
Most applicable skills in future goals
Most of the skills acquired will be very helpful in achieving my future goals. By dealing with different cases, we were able to strengthen our social skills.
