Introduction
Business Intelligence and Analytics is important to collect raw data for any business organization. Furthermore, raw information is processed with the help of various tools and techniques. Data is the most important factor for any business to grow and achieve successful outcomes. BI can be defined as processes that acquire, clean, integrate and store data relevant to business enterprises (Nelson, 2010). Additionally, some of the features of BI and Analytics is reporting, querying, OLAP, and dashboards. According to Gartner reviews, Amazon Quicksight is one of the BI technology with 4.2 ratings. It is one of widest used business analytics tool that converts raw data into business-relevant information. Henceforth, the purpose of this report is to analyze Amazon Quicksight BI tool and its use in the best case scenario. Further, to investigate it’s capabilities to several businesses and how can they benefit other enterprises.

There are several key benefits of using Business Intelligence and Business analytics tools.
- Business Intelligence and Analytics identify customers that bring profit and customer loyalty (Babu, 2012). Thus, BI tools will provide customer loyalty management so that business could grow further.
- BI technologies gather sensitive information on criminal record and cybersecurity threat (Chen, Chiang, and Storey, 2012). As a result, it is easy to provide security and public safety by gathering information about threats.
- BI tools and techniques provide flexibility to the business organization effectively. They provide decision-making process which automatically resolves complex business processes (Işık, Jones and Sidorova, 2013).
- The business knowledge conversion has become easy and widely popular in enterprises. Several issues can be resolved internally, for example, increase the response rate for email and telephone (Babu, 2012).
- The analytics report generates faster with BI capabilities so that the enterprise could work on other issues.
Drawbacks of Business Intelligence and Business Analytics
- Lack of expertise in handling the Business Intelligence and Analytics tools make difficult to operate (Rahman et al, 2016).
- Data storage and management of business information is difficult to process on such complex tools (Balachandran and Prasad 2017).
- The BI tools are quite expensive and cannot be implemented by small scale organizations for complex processes.
- Time-consuming to analyse statistical data and information that is completely raw in nature.

Business Intelligence and Analytics tools provide an effective way so that raw data could be converted into meaningful information. Similarly, in this investigation, we introduce Amazon Quicksight a BI tool. This is popular among masses and offers several benefits to business organization. It is a business analytics service that creates a visualization, perform ad hoc analysis, and deliver business information that is reliable for companies (“What is Amazon Quicksight,” 2019). The investigation shows that BI tools and techniques such as Amazon Quicksight resolve several issues effectively. Some of its features are data source and data management, visualization, analysis of data, dashboards and much more curating techniques.
Best Case Scenario
- Provide Business Analytics by fast report generation only by clicking the data source effectively.
- Amazon Quicksight integrates various platforms for data accessibility, for example, EMR, RDS, dynamic DB, S3, Redshift, spreadsheet files, Salesforce cloud and on-premise databases (Alston and Franks, 2019).
- Account Management facilities so that accountants can generate billing and other relevant information.
- Suggest the best visualizations for sales and marketing teams at the business organizations.
- Tell a story from data by the development of data dashboards, share insights and collaborate with other members (“What is Amazon Quicksight,” 2019).
- Managers could use BI and analytics tools for curating data and information that is relevant to their businesses.
Unappropriated Choice
Amazon Quicksight is not appropriate for the fowling users as it does provide that many capabilities.
- Android users cannot use this type of application as there is no such BI tool facility is present (Smallcombe, 2019). Amazon Quicksight does not provide anything on android platform.
- Project managers cannot utilize features of chart and graphs as there are only limited facilities available.
- Lack of Visualization capabilities which are used by the sales and marketing team for business addressing issues (Smallcombe, 2019).
- Implemented for small scale companies however, cannot deal with large complex data.
Amazon Quicksight Working
The work process of Amazon Quicksight is quite simple. First, you can add a data source from any platforms. Next, data preparation is done in which reports are developed by adding names. Furthermore, data visualization can be accomplished after preparing data with the help of charts, graphs and images. After making a connection with data and data set, analysis reports are developed and shared among everyone through the dashboard. Henceforth, we have provided snapshots in the next section.

To conclude, our investigation was successful and we found various conclusions for Business Analytics tools. For instance, BI tools provide analysis of data that is raw and convert them into effective business relatable information. Additionally, there are several benefits to implementing BI and analytics. Amazon Quicksight is one of the technologies that provides various benefits to business organization. However, it is appropriate for use in large and complex data creation. On a closing note, Amazon Quicksight is used in small scale organization due to medium visualization, automatic report generation and other basic features. But, it limits for android platforms, chart and graph features, as well as lack of visualization capabilities.
