To add on that, science bases its arguments from scientific knowledge and from the results of experiments whereas pseudoscience argues from ignorance, all these are due to lack of a scientific explanation to support ideas. Science uses vocabulary that is well defined, and its usage by co-workers is wide, unlike pseudoscience that uses specially invented terms and applied to one specific area. Finally, Science convinces by appeal to evidence and arguments based on both logical and mathematical reasoning while pseudoscience, on the other hand, attempts to persuade by appeal to emotions, faith, and sentiment.
