Impact of Women

Women are play very important role in the society mostly in the lives of children and fellow women. Certainly, women have a positive impact on population growth since they are responsible for bringing new life into the world.  They bring up children according to the norms and beliefs of the society therefore having a great impact on the future believes of their children. Women play a huge role in manner the which children are socialized. In most African societies women are left behind to look after children while their husband earn a living. This makes women have a very important role in the upbringing of children and how they are socialized into different social groups. Women act as the advisors to their husbands hence becoming very crucial in the decision making process of a man. Most married men listen to their wives advise making women a central figure in decision making especially if the husband is a leader. Significantly, women have a positive impact on the financial decisions on their children. Women determine how much money a child should have until the child attains a legal age to make personal decisions. Modern women have commonly been used in music videos dancing half naked in front of cameras. This videos have negative impact on children since most male children grow up considering women as sexual objects instead of human beings with feelings.

Certainly, women have impacts on the lives of their fellow women. As compared to men, women are more social on matters affecting them. This makes women have an impact on other families through the advice they give each other. Most of divorced women get advice from their fellow women to do so. Apparently women have a positive impact economically to their fellow women through the various self-help groups they organize. The resources from this groups are used to grow businesses or support family projects.
