2. The plan is very skillful, and the training process is likely to enhance the general HHA’s knowledge since it is very inclusive.

The weak point is;

1. The plan is too general and does not effectively look into the training need for the different departments of the organization.
2. The other weak point for the proposal is that it is quite narrow in scope.

If I was to combines all plans into one, the critical segment of all methods that I would review to explain the project to the board of directors is the product design. Since the most elements important aspect of all programs is the training, I would combine the product design section since it addresses the actual training process of the programs.
