The team members believe that this will help the organizational people of Milky Fit in communicating with each other effectively (Bashir, 2015). Before detailing the roles and responsibilities through a spread sheet, it’s essential to understand to understand different terms including role, responsibilities, target, objective and time frame.
Role: – Role is the status one bear in performing a task within a group or individually. Role minimizes the conflict of understanding the status of that person within an organization, group or society (Khan, 2016).
Responsibilities: – Each of the assigned roles has attached responsibilities to justify the role through an effective performance. The responsibilities differ as per the role accordingly. Without accomplishing the responsibilities, the role undervalues the meaning of it (Corkindale, 2011).
Target: – Every responsibility has a specific target to achieve within a given time frame. The target may differ according to the situation, place, environment and business strategy. Without achieving the target, the responsibilities get undone and hence the role couldn’t get justified (7Geese, 2013).
Time frame: – Time frame is the time given an individual, group or a team to achieve a specific target. It is the estimated period within which the target could be achieved. The actual time frame may differ than the estimated due to the impact of other organizational factors (Feliciand, 2008).
