The mission of Milky Fit is to provide high-quality milk products to the people of Australia at relatively less price. In making the company brand famous in the Australian market, the company has planned to endorse its products in use, test and comment basis. This will make the business path easy for the business path easy for the company to reach maximum customers within less time. Milky Fit has the vision to be the expert service provider of milk products in the entire Australian economy (Hameed, 2016). The company has targeted to minimize the price of the products by keeping fewer profit margins and by controlling different costs related to the production and distribution.

  1. Roles and responsibilities of the team members

Milky Fit has a limited amount of money which it needs to invest in performing different business activities efficiently. To take care the entire business activities, the tasks and job responsibilities are divided into four categories meant for the four members. The team leader will be looking after all the business activities by supervising and guiding other team members. To accomplish the organizational activities of Milky Fit, the team members have decided to make a decentralized organizational structure for the company. The team members believe that this will help the organizational people of Milky Fit in communicating with each other effectively (Bashir, 2015). Before detailing the roles and responsibilities through a spread sheet, it’s essential to understand to understand different terms including role, responsibilities, target, objective and time frame.

Role: – Role is the status one bear in performing a task within a group or individually. Role minimizes the conflict of understanding the status of that person within an organization, group or society (Khan, 2016).

Target: – Every responsibility has a specific target to achieve within a given time frame. The target may differ according to the situation, place, environment and business strategy. Without achieving the target, the responsibilities get undone and hence the role couldn’t get justified (7Geese, 2013).

Time frame: – Time frame is the time given an individual, group or a team to achieve a specific target. It is the estimated period within which the target could be achieved. The actual time frame may differ than the estimated due to the impact of other organizational factors (Feliciand, 2008).

To accomplish the responsibilities the cooperation, expertise, talent, and knowledge of the team members will play a crucial role. The dedication of each member towards the task assigned to them should be constant failing to which the timely target achievement couldn’t be accomplished (Siddiqui, 2015). As the company has to base Melbourne as its primary base of operation, it will be comfortable for the team members to understand the market efficiently and comfortably.
