ConvenientMD operates as Urgent Care Centers with its plan to expand to Pelham after it’s ahead of plan success in Windham and Hampton, despite being opposed by Hampton Hospital. This option may not also guarantee the political relationships and situations can be better than that of Pelham. And again, ConvenientMD also lost their opportunity to challenge the zoning board, and miss its chance to expand in the originally planned location.

The reason is that even though it may seem challenging to get approval from the zoning board, it also shows that the profit gaining from the site and the chance to grow further within the community to expand in the future is more significant.
Furthermore, the company can also save funds and time on investing in finding a new site for the new location without forfeiting its potential customer base in the city of Pelham.
