The governance structure attracts both voluntary and involuntary immigrants from Poland. Voluntary immigration is where citizen of other countries moves to America improve the living standards. The American economy has become stable since the beginning of the 19th century. The country is stable economically, socially and politically. There are many production activities that requires human labor. In contrast to voluntary immigration, involuntary immigration is whereby the polish people moves to America due to forcing circumstances. The anarchy systems of governance where citizens are persecuted without trial has necessitated the polish citizens to America. The discussion evaluates the major causes of the polish people to America.
Unfavorable political environment to war torn countries make people to search refuge in America. Most countries in the middle East like Syria, Iraq, Iran, India have been massively affected by civil, religious and international war. The leaders have neglected to consensually agree to critical matters that are affecting the country. There has been continuous war between the Islamic religion and the Christians. The impact of the conflicts has made people to move to the united states of America. When the second world war ceased, new borders drawn resulted to other polish people in the USSR country. People had difficulties in adopting the new culture in the foreign that turned home. Over 2 million people migrated from Kresy to other western countries to commence the new life. The main challenge of immigration is about the modern education system, unique culture, and governance system. Some people have to relinquish their original culture and adopt the lifestyle of the new country.

Most immigrants value education in America. Knowledge enables people to get white-collar jobs in the offices. As an immigrant, they cannot shift their belonging from the mother countries. People are motivated to work hard in school s and universities to obtain a formal education. According to recent studies about the immigrants’ level of education, results show that 11.2 % of the immigrants have obtained secondary school.
In contrast, 8.8 percent have attained a higher level of learning than those who decide to remain in their original countries despite the political pressures. Education has been considered a vital element in any economic development. The immigrants strive to get formal education that helps them to get jobs in their mother countries.

Most countries are not able to provide sustainable housing facilities to their citizens. The cost of housing been a major problem in the new destination. The immigrants do not have capabilities to rent good housing. It results for them to encroach in slum areas for survival. The immigrant students have faced challenges in schools and high learning institutions as their papers are discriminated and segregated. Some mark the exams of immigrants unprofessionally and award them undeservedly low grades.
