Most people do not understand the importance of a balanced diet, and thus the need to conduct this research. This research paper aims to evaluate the impact of nutrition on human behavior.

Eating a balanced diet can impact on mental health. A balanced diet should include all the nutrients that the body requires and in the right quantity. Some people may have all the required nutrients but fail to balance their quantities, and as such, they do not reap the full benefits.
