Term Project Info and Guidance:
In regard to the term project, you have 2 options. Choose either to create a project schedule or a risk management plan.
Regardless of choosing either a project schedule or risk management plan, you are putting on a project manager’s hat on and will come up with a project of your choosing. Keep it simple and avoid something complex. Sample projects may include: Preparing a Thanksgiving Dinner, washing a car, preparing to host a party, Buying Christmas gifts, putting up a Christmas Tree, doing landscaping in a flower bed, organizing a family vacation and putting yourself on a budget. Or even think of a process improvement you want to implement in your professional, personal or college life.
Once you a develop a project topic, then you will need to develop the necessary tasks to plan and execute your project (if choosing a Project Schedule). If choosing the Risk Management Plan, you will identify all potential risks that may impact your project and enter the necessary strategies to mitigate or to remove them.
Be sure to read the directions in its entirely on either template and complete thoroughly. Ensure every field (in Risk Management Plan) or task (in Project Schedule) is completed. The term project will be graded on quality and thoroughness.
