The New York Philharmonic concert performance
There are many New York philharmonic concert performances with different performances and where people usually attend mainly for entertainment. The philharmonic concerts generally have many followers and fans who come primarily to enjoy the different styles in the playing of the musical instruments during such shows. In this report, I would focus on the New World Symphony by Antonin Dvorak. The title of the New World Symphony by Antonin Dvorak is a star-spangled banner and remarks part one. Throughout the review, I will look at the different aspects of the show and which makes it more attractive and entertaining to the audiences.
New World Symphony will take place in a particular venue. The site of the show was a properly arrange hall in which the sitting arrangements were in such a way that people were in a position to see the performers of the concert. There are seats on the ground floor and also others on the first floor where all are facing the stage where the performance is taking place. Having such an arrangement ensures that all the audience is in a position to see the performers on stage without much struggling. On the part of the spacing between the audiences, there is enough space between one individual to the other and therefore meaning that there is not much congestion in the hall where the concert is taking place.
On the arrangement of the musical instruments, the musical instruments are arranged in such a way that the experts playing such musical instruments are not squeezed. Therefore, every individual I having an ample space from where he can be able to play and even have body movements while playing the musical instruments. As per the musical instruments used in the concerts, there are some different instruments but the main instrument in the show being a guitar, which the musicians tend to play with particular expertise, thereby becoming very much attractive and entertaining to the listeners of the concert. Some of the instruments that New World Symphony uses included the drums, violin, flutes, and saxophone. Every expert has a musical instrument, and in which he or she plays a specific part in the concert, the combination of the different styles in the show produces a nice musical rhythm and flow, which makes the audience excited from the kind of expertise in the music.
On the part of the audience responses, there are some of the regions where the performers of the concert live for the audience to respond and therefore ensuring that they participate fully in the show. In some parts of the concert, the audience usually stands and claps hardly to the performance. That brings a lot of anxiety and enjoyment in the entire show as people feel to be taking an essential part in the whole production of the New York Philharmonic concert performance. Although it is the first part of the concert, it seems to have much popularity, which is a result of the number of people who are attending the concert, that is, the audience. The audience seems to be full in the hall, which is up to the second floor, and every space is occupied. All these people, that is, the audience, come to witness the expertise of the performers in paying the musical instruments.
In the concert, there are four different main movements, which are the main and which I would like to look into critically. The first movement to focus on is that of brisk and lively. There is a structure in this kind of movement, which is known as sonata form. There is a loud and forceful, as well as quiet and lyrical having a melody in it. All their aspects are evident in the concert as the performers of the show are properly incorporating them throughout the concert.
The second movement incorporates low and lyrical, which has a lilting sung like theme. It is time to relax after the first movement discussed above. During this time, there is a looser structure as compared to the first movement in which the instruments are at the peak, and now it comes the time to a little bit rest.
The third movement refers to the Dancy movement. In the third movement, involved as Dancy, there are some of the activities which, in most cases, takes place and which are evident in the concert under consideration. Some of the events, such as counting one-two-three, are common in this movement, may mainly refers and go hand in hand with the beats, and hence are called three hits to bar.
The last movement is rollicking. This forms the final move, and in most cases, it is less emotional as compared to the other three actions above. Due to that, it is referred to in some incidences as the fast and furious as a result of what usually happens in it. It mainly concentrates on having good times as observable in our concert. That marks the entire report of the philharmonic concert under consideration.
