A medical student looking for a vacancy in an organization
To whom it may concern
I am writing this letter to you on behalf of a medical student who just graduated and is looking for a vacancy in your organization. She has the needed experience, and the most recent is where she took care of a family friend who had suffered a massive stroke and was bedridden
The main jobs were several, which included turning him in bed every two hours. She had to stay around him so that whenever he got tired of sleeping on one side, she would be there to turn him to the other side. There was a routine that she strictly followed, which included bathing him at 3 pm every day. The colostomy bag was her job, whereby she would change it now and then after being used and also emptying the catheter after it got full. Medicines were many and needed one to be keen to avoid confusion. She ensured that he took his medication on time and the quantity the doctor had advised.
Mealtimes were in her routine, and she would give him food four times a day through a peg tube. Feeding him was not as hard as the other services of turning him and changing his colostomy bag.
Once in a while during the day, she would light clean him and massage his legs so that they would not lock. This worked very well for him because he would relax his muscles. She would ensure he stays well-groomed by cutting his nails, combing his hair, and trimming it a little bit just like he would want it done. Keeping his skin moisturized and glowing was part of what she was doing to make sure he was well taken care of. He was ever clean, groomed, and well-fed throughout the time that she helped him.
I hope to hear from you soon.
Yours sincerely
