Dear Parent/ Gordian,

As part of the institution’s way of delivering quality services to our students, I am at this moment tasked to keep you up to speed with what transpired during the academic period. First, the students were thought of using a wide variety of approaches that ensured effectiveness and efficiency. The understanding was enhanced by the use of additional resources such as videos, as a teacher, I did all the proper and relevant demonstrations to ensure that the students gain more in-depth insights about the concept of rain formation. The students were also organized into focused discussion groups to gain more experience and for the students to share their ideas. Proper reflection of what was learned in class was also done. Each class lesson lasted for 40 minutes to ensure the optimal concentration of the students. Transportation fees for field trips, lunch, and refreshments were all catered for by the institution.
