I now apply for the position of a shift lead person under the strategic unit at Baldwin Location. Currently, there is an increase in the number of challenges experienced in the branch. The majority of the clients are elderly, making it more complex to deal with the situation. The need for a more skilled managerial personnel therefore arises. I have a strong academic background as well as professional experience in Leadership and management.
Currently, I am working with the company for the eighth month and have acquired several promotions. Nowadays, I hold the post of a pharmacy technician. Throughout my stay in the company, I have been in a position to win the trust of the top management. Previously, I have also worked as a customer service personnel. The position of customer service personnel provided me with an opportunity to develop great interpersonal skills. Additionally, I am hardworking and always open-minded, therefore ready to learn every new concept.
