In examining the specific job skills and competencies, the following questions will be asked.

 

Describe a situation whereby you are required to complete particular tasks of the highest standard, yet you are expected to meet a strict deadline.

Give examples on the times you used most effective time management and the success that you attained.

Describe one situation in which the problem cause was not apparent at all.

Give an example that demanded the use of critical creativity.

 

A candidate or employee who can successfully respond to the above question, offer legitimate answers with supported prove, then there is no dought for their competency. Therefore, possession of productive employee recruiting and training strategies is vital towards the success of an organization — various approaches through which efficient training and recruitment can be achieved include the utilization of talent and survey question. The following are ways through which the organization will make use of the questions if the ability fails.

The competency-based question, for example, describing how one can handle a situation that is linked to a strict deadline, response given by the candidates is very important as it will tell the extent to which the candidate is capable.
