the use of technology to enhance education
The field experience was full of essential lessons, especially regarding the use of technology to enhance education. The exciting part was the integration of IT marking and evaluation of examinations. Rather than personally having to physically teach students, which will take time and limit the time available for other activities, websites play a significant role in helping assess students. Chris Ribchester and Derek France argue that websites are essential tools for course content delivery and learner feedback and evaluation. These are important because both the teacher and learner can maximize how they utilize time because they do not have to avail themselves in class physically. We were able to select areas to visit through education technology, even if we had not previously visited the areas. I learned that pitfall is an inclination of some students to underestimate presentations of scientific findings. Consequently, it leads to the sacrificing of web design content.
The field experiment made me realize that as a team leader in the field, there is much demand both for myself and other group members; it becomes more complicated if there are stubborn group members or those who are stubborn. As an educational technology leader, I have the obligation of enhancing the integration of technology in a school system with the moral imperative of refining and improving students’ education. The improvement of the learning environment through technology is through focusing on the requirements of teachers learners. Hence, as far as your objective is to get an education, leadership requires optimal sacrifices. As a leader, I have to show exemplary character and correct others. All these obligations come alongside the need to undertake individual responsibilities and obligations.
