The chief executive officer is the core of the organisation structure for most of the organisation in the coordination of every activity in an organisation. He oversees and ensures adoption of appropriate ways of improving business success. Under him, there is three-body coordination productivity of organisation which include; marketing managers, sales manager and service supervisor.
The type of organisation above is the most appropriate because of several reasons. The chief executive officer has minimum contact with employees thus it relieves his burden. The company can easily supervise its junior. Beneficial to the organisation since it will utilize its resources to trap maximum benefits. There is easy coordination of staff by the use of respective seniors. For example, if the company needs to explore its marketing power it will have to evaluate the report from the sales manager.
A specialisation of workers is the most appropriate strategy as it helps in increasing the levels of production. Skills of every worker are improved due to the exercising of the same process every day. It also leads to workers being quick in their respective production unit. Cooperation help in sharing of ideas leading to innovation in an organisation. Cooperation of workers with their leaders helps to improve production through motivation and creation of morale in workers. The rapport between the worker will ensure that there will be no stoppage in the production of phones produced by the company in a day. coordination of workers with fellow workers and their managers. Leaders are supposed to adopt leadership styles that are appropriate and suits their juniors. Coordination will also help leaders to understand the level of working that there are found within. With this leader will adopt strategies to which they will use to reap the potential of every worker. With BeeLab company there is easy coordination of worker s that lead the company to grow in time. Also, specialisation has been the core for innovation as the company is competing to an international company such as Silicon Valley. Motivation f workers by the manner through an increase in their occupation. Through praises on the new features that are being developed by the workers. They also guarantee trips for its workers to encourage that achieve the desired output.
Strategy implementation by companies is a continuous process which involves several steps. Communication of the objectives by the CEOs to its employee stating companies’ values and vision. Its discusses translation of the company’s goals by workers prioritisation on a weakly basis. The CEO creates a goal and shares it to the rest of the company. The goal states day to day activity of employee to impact the success of that organisation. It helps employees to track their progress and see how it contribute to the rest of the company in general. To realize the set goal the CEO conducts a meeting every week. Managers need to manage the process and activity by submitting performance reports showing the alignment of the achieved objective with that of the CEO vision. Each team is required to submit their success from the regular meeting held by the CEOs. The CEO will ask questions to each representative to ensure that there tracking of the progress. During the evaluation, the managers submitting the result will be required to have reasons as to why his/her part has failed in case of failure.
There are five keys to strategy management which include; a plan it is the intended action in business thus future action. A plan has procedures and routine activity need to be followed repeatedly. It is either formal or informal or informal. They caries ideas that need to be implemented in a business within a specified period for example annually. For example, a plan to reduce cost. For a success of business achievable and realistic plan should be set. The other key is intended to guide emerging from behaviour repeated over time. For example, a firm. A place where a company locate itself for a particular purpose is also a key in the strategy. For instance, BeeLab company has positioned itself in the middle east whereby, by the time it will grow, it will be easy for other company to access its product worldwide.
The perspective key is an abstract way of achieving a goal because it does not directly affect the style of the firm. It implies how things are done in a company over a long period and a particular way they are done. Those ways are influenced by the perspective of the company. the perspective of the business simply implies the vision of the company. It acts as the permanent reference for a company giving inspiration and guidance for the strategic development of the organisation. Most of the successive business adjust positioning strategy while on the other hand observing only one perspective.
The last known key is tactics or ploy. It a strategy to overcome or defeat their competitors to reap highest benefits. Most of the business strives to become the leading in their service to its member having no competition if possible. The method used to make it possible are three; deception posing threat to a small and growing company and discredit. For example, a company buys land with the name of expansion but it is not the case, it aims to keep away investor might be willing to venture.
Strategy can be formulated by a CEO but implementation becomes difficult. Several factors limit implementation which includes the following; insufficient financial resources to fund its ideas. It is the weakest especially to small-medium enterprises that wish to compete with big companies. The environmental factor is also a determinant implementation, like, for instance, a company may wish to produce more but its waste from the production unit may lack a dispose of it. Monitoring and control become difficult especially where the CEO doesn’t coordinate with his/her employees. This factor has is the highest pervasive among all the other factors. Furthermore, every factor may be available but without the motivation of the employee, everything in an organisation become paralysed. All the staff requires motivation to raise their morale while working.

A business strategy and management are essential in a business as it is the core for success and development of a small enterprise in a big and an internationally recognised. Success will be determined by the organisation structure of the business. For successful implementation of a business, a CEO will be required to create a good rapport with her employee to create a harmonious environment
