It is your day again, my dear daughter. I don’t know where I should start because time has passed, and we have been through a lot. Do you remember that day you told me you know how to swim? I took you and your friends for swimming, and you were saved by the lifeguard who thought you were drowning. Here we are ten years later, celebrating your twentieth, and you are a mature and responsible lady. No one has ever helped me grow to be caring and responsible, as you did. I’m glad you picked up after me and always maintained good grades and morals, which earned you respect from your peers and the elderly. I pray that you continue striving to be a good example and everything you do be prosperous. I love you, my daughter. I hope you enjoy your birthday.

I never thought I would get to see this milestone of my little princess. I have watched you grow from being a very stubborn girl to a very caring, loving wife. We may have had a hard time on your teenage days, but now we are proud of every accomplishment and how hard you work to make ends meet in your household. Never had it crossed my mind I would see you maintain order in your family. It gives me great joy knowing my daughter is a person who fears God and teaches her children to be very respectful and always go to church. When your mother visited you, she was so emotional for the woman you had turned into when you got married. You have grown immensely, and your household is full of love and peace. May everything you wish for come to happen, and fifty-five looks excellent on you.

Prayed to God for a child and a miracle that is you came to be. Never had I been happy in my life like the day I put you on my arms. As the pain was overwhelming for me having you, so is the joy you bring into our life. Those late-night drives to the hospital to ensure your health is okay to the first day you went to school. Everybody loves you because of how understanding you are and your will to always get better in what you do. As you continue your path of life, anything you will ever need, we are here for you—happy sixteenth birthday to our little queen.
