Throughout my education, I have learned concepts which have shaped me to have the experience, skills as well as the personalities required for one to perform well in this job position. In my education background, I studied a bachelor of applied science in computer engineering at the Queen’s University in Kingston, Canada. After that, I went to Seneca College in Toronto, where I took the system interior specialist certificate. Finally, I attended the Waterloo University in Toronto Canada, where I pursued a certificate in project management.
Over the years, I have worked in various places and positions where I have gained a lot of experience and skills that will help to perform better in this job. I started working as a project manager at Tritec Industries. At Tritec industries, some of the roles I played which helped to shape my career included planning, managing as well as delivering continuous project improvement, brought in changes regarding the use of technology in the company and facilitated various meeting, forums, discussions, and workshops. The main achievement that I gained while working at this position is that I helped to increase the productivity of the company adopted technology. After working at this position, I became the project technical lead software at ATS (Automatic Tooling System). I performed various roles such as planning and managing multiple projects, developed different software for machines that were used to improve the productivity of the company, prepared as well as analyzed data analytics solutions to increase the efficiency of the company and managed the integration of team programmers. While at this position, the main achievement that I attained was that I effectively managed data optimization initiatives to increase efficiency. Later on, I moved to Cardiac Fairview Corporation at the position of the senior project manager. Some of the roles that I undertook in this position include planning and managing projects effectively, collaborated with various stakeholders to transform the business, identified as well as mitigate risks that would prevent goals from beings attained, and looked for regular programs updates. The last position that I occupied is the senior program manager, where I oversaw all the activities to ensure that projects came out successfully. The primary skills that I have obtained from these positions is leadership skills, where I have been able to lead some of my teams effectively and achieved the goals that have been set. Other skills I developed in the course of my career include governance, stakeholder management program and project management, and diversity of experience.
These experiences will help me to deliver quality services to the customers. My supervisors have commended me positively to be able to offer my assistance where it is needed. I will ensure that I deliver my best and help the organization to achieve its goals and objectives.
