As a result of the changing nature, of the market for construction and the movement towards a more technological oriented outlay, our firm wishes to hire an on-site management trainee who will be part of the day to day running of affairs at the site. This position will require a passionate person in matters to deal with construction management. The prospective candidate also ought to have the minimum academic requirements as outlined in the qualification part. The successful candidate will derive numerous benefits from working in the company. Some of these benefits include; working with advanced technology, gaining skills and enhancing those learnt in class in the field of construction management, access to diverse social amenities, an opportunity for permanent employment, a pathway in terms of career advancement and promotion and an avenue to interact with authorities from the field. The fact that a company can offer one avenues to further your education or to enhance other spheres of your life remains a big consideration for job seekers (Armstrong and Landers, 2018, 168). Since no person seeks to stagnate, it is important for a well-defined growth structure for the workers to be established. Often, a potential employee will prefer a company that promotes growth regardless of the salary and remunerations. With growth, one is assured of assuming better position such as construction site manager or even getting to an executive position.
