Health Insurance Affordable Act

Health insurance plans is one of the most important benefits that the employees should be given.  Providing employees with health insurance plans is important as it will motivate them to work hard and help the organization to improve productivity (Handel & Kolstad, 2015).  The best health care insurance plan that I would provide to the employees is the medium and high-cost covers.  The reason for selecting this health cover is that most of the employees working within the organization belong to the middle class. These employees, when they access medical services, there is a high chance that the cost may be high(Handel & Kolstad, 2015). Therefore, acquiring the health care insurance plan that covers both average and high prices will be necessary.

Providing employees with health care insurance is essential in that it makes them feel happy; hence, they get motivates to work harder and help the organization to attain its goals and objectives. The second advantage of providing health care insurance for employers rather than depending on the government is that one may have access to specialized doctors who will give proper health care (Barnett & Vornovitsky, 2016). On the other hand, there are several cons associated with providing the employees with insurance rather than the government.  The first disadvantage is that it may be expensive to get these health care insurance plans.  The second disadvantage of providing the employees with health care insurance plans rather than the government is that there may be limited access to doctors and hospitals.  The insurance plans offered by the government allows a person to visit various health care facilities, and this issue makes it easier to access medical services.  Therefore, if the health care insurance plan is accurate by the organization, it may be hard for the employees to access more health care services.
