A clinical research coordinator
A clinical research coordinator is an individual who is responsible for the operations of clinical trials by ensuring that the trails are made ethically by using good clinical practice as the guideline. The CRCs are under the supervision of the Clinical principal investigator. The CRCs are termed as the organizers of a lab for research. They are the people who give the go-ahead to the enabling of clinical trials to be completed. The accurate reports from the research labs and they organize information. The clinical research coordinators are a significant asset to the world, as they ensure that adequate and precise evidence of advancements in medicine through clinical trials in all areas in the medical world from therapeutic techniques to new diseases, the reason as to why the career is essential to me.
As a student studying medicine and a candidate for Ph.D., the career of a clinical research coordinator is thrilling. Being a CRC means that I will be able to take part in the invention of new treatment methods and the destruction of harmful pathogens causing diseases. As a child, my dream was I could be of help to all the sick individuals and be able to treat them to enable them to live long, happy lives. As a clinical research coordinator, my dream is fulfilled, as I can help in the development of treatments that will heal the sick and cause them to have long and happy lives.
In terms of improving my works, having knowledge of the rules and regulations is essential. To help with this, the FAIR shake will be of great importance. F stands for federal laws: to be good at being a CRC, the regulations of the nation must be known during clinical trials to avoid problems with the law. A is for agreements between the participants and the researchers. I is for the investigational plan, also known as knowing the right protocol to follow and finally, R, which are the requirements of the institutional review board: which is a committee that oversees the clinical investigations that involve human beings. By following these regulations and knowing them, then work becomes manageable.
