This will mainly involve the satisfaction of the student’s desires while both in class and out of class. This strategy will also entail the adoption of online services for students to minimize the instance of distancing that will effectively mitigate them from Covid -19.
UQ has adopted the use of uncertainty, reducing strategy to minimize the impact of Covid-19 in the institution. This strategy focuses on the mitigation of impacts associated with covid-19 by enabling the efficacy of the institutions to serve their customers( Seminar, 6). This strategy will also motivate diversity in the institution, which will result in more risk reduction strategies.
Furthermore, while curbing the effects of covid-19, UQ will adopt an effective leadership strategy to mobilize the resources effectively while making use of differentiation strategy to attract a broader scope of customers to the institutions to restore the effects associated with Covid 19.
How it will improve leadership through the crisis.
UQ should adopt an effective leadership strategy to effectively handle the effects of the crisis. For instance, the adoption of productive leadership strategies will enhance the restoration of managerial crisis associated with the pandemic. This strategy will also play an integral role in restoring the operation of the institution.
Regarding the aspect of cost leadership, the institution should enhance the efficacy of institutions through the adoption of efficient cost strategies to take advantage of the customers by offering more excellent quality at comparatively lower prices such will attract more customers to the business.
UQ should also adopt strong governance, which will mainly incorporate effective management both from the stakeholders and the management team to fully implement the changes resulting from the occurrence of covid-19, which has resulted in the desire to devise a new norm.
