The 8C’s in the media are essential due to some of the following reasons. First, the 8C’s in social media gives all users an equal chance to connect with others to share their interests. Secondly, it allows all social media users to communicate, which helps them in day-to-day activity. Lastly, the 8C also enables social media to bring peace and unity among people of different cultures. The 8C’s greatly helped the business sector enable them to better their marketing strategy (Boulianne, pg.42).
The relevance of the 8C’s to media marketing is as follows. First, category considering this issue, the business should consider the social media platform that attracts more viewers. This will enable them to reach a large audience because they are using popular media for many people (Boulianne, pg.50). Secondly, by following the rules of the media platform you are using, Comprehend will make their customers give them respect hence have able time in doing their business.
Converse, during marketing, the business should be very keen not to annoy the followers with the messages made to promote the website. Despite they should converse with them to create a relationship that will impact the business positively. The fourth issue is about collaboration, and all businesses doing marketing in social media should highly listen to customers’ feedback and collaborate with them. This will make the customer feel valued, enabling them to achieve their goal (Boulianne, pg.40).
Contribution doing marketing requires the business to do it to share valuable messages in the media so that they can gain respect. Connecting with different people during marketing in media will enable them to purchase the goods been advertised. During marketing, it is a good idea to involve the business community because they can greatly assist in marketing.
