Scenario 1
Innovative consultants can assist individuals or organizations in creating procedures that lead to the natural formulation and application of ideas, which influence the realization of mediums for better communications and collaborations around these ideas. The 1970s economic and technological aspects may deter the students from lacking confidence in their software. As a result, the college students ought to believe in them and in the creation of an improved software system, which increases their effectiveness. Besides, the company should not perceive the college dropouts as society misfits, who cannot work in the technology innovation sector.
First, the company, during the 1970s, should realize excellent innovation stem not only from graduates but also from anyone in society with the need to develop the lives of the people. For example, the current leading brand, Apple, began as an idea of two college dropouts, which leads to modern technological innovations. The large computer company should employ the two innovators and focus on their productivity rather than their level of education as they could offer consultation services (Bianchi et al., 2015, p. 11). The company should understand that there exist more preparedness than just buying the production rights and sending the two innovators home. The computer company should employ the two innovative students. Besides, employing these students leads to an improved quality of the software. The company’s resources offer innovative students exposure and the opportunity to perform better (TEDx Talks, 2015). Accessing the information does not mean signing the licensing agreement. The information involves the application of new ideas on real innovation. Lack of improving the existing innovations leads to irrelevance in products, which results in reduced market performance. Technological companies require constant refreshment of ideas.
On the other hand, the students during the 1970s should understand the limitations experienced by technology firms. The United States faced a severe economic period during this period. The two students’ approaches occurred at a time, which the majority of the American technological companies began. As a result, the company could lack trust and the necessity to employ the two, to help in the implementation of the newly designed software. As a result, the students should seek education and complete their graduate studies to increase their credibility in aspects such as strategizing, organizing, and resource engagement (Momani, 2013, p. 2. The 1970s did not function like the new technological sector, which emphasizes more on skills to develop effective software and hardware. Besides, education improves their business skills, such as improved negation attributes, which increases their chances of attaining employment at the firm instead of just signing the licensing agreement and heading home. The students should aim at the commitment that gets the best version out of them.
The two parties should focus on three primary influences of significant innovations, which consist of honoring the life, developing a sense of mission, and staying close to bliss (TEDx Talks, 2015). Honoring life enables individuals to improve their sense of innovation, which gets fueled by the need to improve their lives. The need to improve lives presents the opportunity to develop a sense of mission. The large computer company and the two innovative students must not work as separate entities. The two parties should work together, which realizes an intensified sense of mission. Exposing the students to the company’s resources necessitate the innovative students stay close to their bliss. Additionally, innovative students should believe in their bliss, which enhances the culture of innovation and courage to pursue more opportunities in life.
